Combining Italian heritage and contemporary sophistication of Mediterranean cuisine, emphasis is placed on local, seasonal, sustainable ingredients. The menu changes based on seasonality while our promise remains always the same: to cook "slowly" with love bringing  the markets' best ingredients.

Participants work in teams, collaborate, compete and achieve new heights of competence by stretching their dough with confidence, combine tastes and flavors and create their own, branded Italian pizza!

Only one team will be crowned as the Master Pizzaiolo, when everybody will get to sit back and enjoy their own artisanal pizza and a glass of Italian wine or prosecco.
